As the daughter of a resident who resides in the Bair Building, Nursing Care Division, I would like to tell you how nice your staff has been to my mother and me.
I especially want to put out to you two people who have been extraordinary to work with throughout my mom’s stay at Deer meadows.
Gina Thomas, Unit Manager at the Bair Building, is an absolute godsend. She is helpful, full of information and compassionate. The other employee is Adam, the van driver. Every time I talk about him to my family and friends I always start out with or end with the statement, “Thank God for Adam!” He is so attentive and pleasant to residents who utilize your van to get to and from the doctor’s office. I have never seen him in a grumpy mood.
