It has been almost a year since my dad has been in the hospital for any reason. This is a real milestone for him as he has been in and out of hospitals since my mother died 8 ½ years ago. It’s been quite a battle! I attribute this milestone largely to the good things Deer Meadows provides him: 3 good meals a day, a little exercise, socialization and help when he needs it! of course, I also attribute his health to God’s care of him and sure that’s how he got into Deer Meadows in the first place! While dad won’t always admit that things are better for him, I certainly do. So, I just wanted to s ay thanks.
