From the PANPHA Monday Update September 17, 2007 SE-PANPHA Hosts Legislative Lunch The SE-PANPHA advocacy committee hosted a regional legislative lunch at the Deer Meadows Retirement Community in northeast Philadelphia on September 13. House Speaker Dennis O'Brien spoke to about 50 PANPHA members, and seven of his legislative colleagues in attendance, including PA Reps. Kate Harper, Chris King, Kathy Manderino, Tony Payton, Jr., James Roebuck, John Sabatina, Jr., Katharine Watson, and Rep. Robert Mensch's chief of staff, joined in a frank and freewheeling discussion period about access and approaches to take on our issues.
